Remarks

Derive a class from this type and override ConfigureInner to register closed codec, copier, and service factories. Apply Orleans.GenerateSerializerContextAttribute to a partial derived class to generate these registrations from its declared roots and their serialization dependencies. Register its instance using SerializerBuilderExtensions. Multiple contexts contribute to the same serializer configuration.
