Queries all matching entries using the supplied cancellation token.

### Parameters

- `tableName` (`string`): The table name.
- `keys` (`Dictionary<string, AttributeValue>`): The key condition values.
- `keyConditionExpression` (`string`): The expression filtering the keys.
- `resolver` (`Func<Dictionary<string, AttributeValue>, TResult>`): Converts each entry to the result type.
- `cancellationToken` (`CancellationToken`): The cancellation token.
- `indexName` (`string`): The optional secondary index name.
- `scanIndexForward` (`bool`): Whether the index is read in ascending order.
- `consistentRead` (`bool`): Whether reads must be strongly consistent.
