```

Acquire a stream message cursor. This can be used to retrieve messages from the cache starting at the location indicated by the provided token.

### Parameters

- `streamId` (`StreamId`): The stream identifier.
- `token` (`StreamSequenceToken?`): The token.

### Returns

The queue cache cursor.
