```

Gets or sets how far ahead of the current time shard discovery loads eligible shards. A value of zero discovers shards whose start time is at or before the current time. The resulting discovery horizon is capped at `System.DateTimeOffset.MaxValue`. Must be non-negative. Default: 10 minutes.
